First Annual Comedy Night
October 24 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm$25.00
While we continued to feel hopeful that we would be able to hold comedy night in a safe way we realize that in the current environment it is just not possible. We were hoping to get out and have a few laughs and we know that we will at some point in 2021 but trying to reschedule without more solid guidance doesn’t make sense. We apologize for the challenges and as always appreciate your patience and support – we do plan to reschedule but don’t know when and therefore are offering a full refund to our sponsors and ticket holders. For our accounting records please request a refund by emailing email@example.com with the subject line: COMEDY NIGHT REFUND REQUEST. We will process these as soon as possible.
Note, if you choose to donate your sponsorship/ticket purchase we will provide an IRS donation letter and will list you as a sponsor of our Building Grand Opening in November.
A quick update about what we have been up to: Despite the challenges of this past year we were able to take a leadership role with our partners in the distribution of over 10,000 nonperishable food boxes. We established a data management system to collect critical information that enables us to easily reach out to the neediest Veterans across MA. We created pop up Empowerment Centers that reached across the New England States. We have been able to start to build our recreation program including nature walks and trail biking. With the programs, we have been able to offer we have created an even stronger network of contacts that allows us to create supportive programs and outreach to the most vulnerable Veterans. Looking forward, we are excited to have been identified as a community distribution site for the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation and the USDA for the weekly distribution of 1,000 perishable packages of dairy, produce, fruit, poultry, and meat for the month of October. The Harvard Lions will be installing our dog fencing this month which will provide tremendous value to our canine programs. We remain grateful that we are able to continue to serve our Veterans and the community. Finally, we are pleased that the renovation of the building on Devens has continued and will be open for business by the end of 2020. We can’t wait to show everyone!
We look forward to inviting you for a tour of the new building as soon as the environment allows and hope for a comedy night in 2021!
Thank you again for your patience,
Scott and Donna Bulger
