DESCRIPTION:Join us for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program for our Veterans and Family Members.\n\nThe program is for all levels and will initially focus on introducing Veterans to the fundamentals and offering Veterans who already participate in BJJ a place for open mat practice.\n\nWe at Clear Path and Fenix BJJ understand the importance of comradery and the sense of community that a lot of our Veterans are missing in their lives.\nWe believe in providing Veterans a chance to participate and learn BJJ. Not only will it provide our Veterans an excellent opportunity to learn a new skill and work on their health through hard exercise\, but it will also give them a sense of belonging again as they bond with their fellow Veterans on the mat.\nOur mission is to give Veterans the opportunity again to be part of a community while doing something both enjoyable but physically and mentally demanding will show benefits for mental and physical wellbeing.\n\nCoach and Fenix BJJ liaison Greg Cinelli will be Pathway BJJ head coach; Greg is a black belt that has been training with Fenix BJJ since 2015. As a combat Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan\, Greg knows the benefits and possible physical limitations our veterans face when training in BJJ. Greg will be sure that everyone has a valuable experience.\n\nThis event is limited to 15 people per session.

DESCRIPTION:Clear Path is proud to partner with Kairos Spring Farm located at 2 Marlboro Road\, Stow\, Massachusetts to offer an amazing Equine Program.  This Veteran Program runs from 10 am to 2pm on Fridays.  Each cohort completes a 6 week program = Veterans are expected to attend all sessions.   Nutritious lunch is included. \nKairos follows an evidence based curriculum developed by the Equus Effect Program.  Sessions are a mix of horsemanship and “classroom” time where participants explore elements of emotional agility. \nOur first Veteran cohort finished their session in July and overwhelmingly endorse and recommend this program.  scheduled for six Fridays from October 20th to December 1st (with November 24th off due to Thanksgiving). \nLearn more:  Kairos Spring Farm \nTo learn more and reserve a spot in a future Equine session\, please complete the form below and a staff member will reach out to you.

DESCRIPTION:Clear Path for Veterans and Old Glory Millworks proudly offers a Build a flag Workshop to Veterans and Service Members. \nAside from a sense of accomplishment\, a creative activity helps you maintain a healthy brain and can also help deal with a wide range of daily challenges.  The field of art therapy has been used to address chronic pain\, traumatic brain injury\, stress\, and anxiety issues. \nBuild a Flag Workshops are held on the last Wednesday of the month at Old Glory Millworks and run 8:30 AM – 4 PM.  However\, as space is limited in each workshop\, registration is required. \nAfter you register\, you will be contacted about scheduling a future date. DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 20 \n10 AM-3 PM \nAyer Gun & Sportsman Club \n 255 Snake Hill Road \nAyer\, MA 01432 \n*Transportation available – see registration page \n\n\n\n\n\nWe invite Veterans\, their families\, and friends to join us for the Ayer Annual Fishing Derby and Lunch on Saturday\, 20 May 2023\, from 10 AM-3 PM. \nThe event will be held at Ayer Gun & Sportsman Club\, 255 Snake Hill Road\, Ayer\, MA 01432 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided for all by Clear Path for the Veteran’s Culinary team. Registration is required. \nThis event is FREE for Veterans\, and families and friends of Veterans who want to participate are encouraged to donate on the day of the event. \nThe ponds will be stocked with 200 trout from the MA Department of Fish and Game.
