About Our Speaker
Join us as we hear from our guest speaker US Marine Corps Veteran, writer, and Massachusetts Police Officer Andrew Biggio. Andrew served in Iraq and Afghanistan and founded Boston's Wounded Vet Run, New England's largest motorcycle ride dedicated to severely wounded veterans. He will be sharing his post Military journey, which led him to author The Rifle, Combat Stories from America’s Last WWII Veterans, told through an M1 Garand, the rifle that General George Patton would eventually call “the greatest battle implement ever devised” and traces its origins back to 1932.
