Vice President of CP4VNE Donna Bulger came to our organization with a vast amount of knowledge in workforce development, financial management, organizational strategy and business development. She gained her experience as a top executive at Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center. There, she served the U.S. Army gaining military exposure and sharpening her skill set.
