About Donna Bulger
Vice President of CP4VNE Donna Bulger came to our organization with a vast amount of knowledge in workforce development, financial management, organizational strategy and business development. She gained her experience as a top executive at Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center. There, she served the U.S. Army gaining military exposure and sharpening her skill set. Bulger currently works as an advisor for DC Holdings, LLC.
