Welcome to Clear Path For Veterans New England Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
At Clear Path, we’re dedicated to standing by those who’ve stood for us—the brave men and women who’ve served in our nation’s military. The transition from military life to civilian living can present unique challenges, from finding housing to securing employment and adapting to a lifestyle with less structure. That’s where our Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) steps in—to provide the vital support our Veterans and their families need.
If you need help, contact us at ssvf@clearpathne.org or call our SSVF hotline at 978-362-9757.
What We Do: Supporting Every Veteran, Every Day
Our SSVF program is a lifeline for very low-income Veteran families, offering a range of services tailored to their unique needs. Whether they’ve served for years or even a single day, we’re here to assist. From outreach to case management and accessing essential VA and other benefits, Clear Path For Veterans New England is dedicated to ensuring no Veteran family is left without the crucial support they deserve.
Rapid Response, Lasting Impact
We understand that urgent situations demand swift action. Often, we receive referrals from local Veteran groups, urgently seeking assistance for families on the brink of eviction or residing in precarious housing situations. Our dedicated case managers step in, facilitating meetings between landlords and Veterans to negotiate feasible agreements. We believe in structured solutions that provide the necessary time for Veterans to manage rent obligations without facing the trauma of homelessness.
Beyond Homelessness Prevention: Building Opportunities
Our commitment goes beyond averting homelessness. Through our SSVF program, Veterans and their families can access employment services, financial assistance, and housing support. Clear Path For Veterans New England aims to cultivate a community that understands the challenges of transitioning home and actively supports and empowers our Veterans and their families through every step of their journey.
Join Us in Creating a Homecoming Community
Our vision is simple yet powerful: to build a community that wholeheartedly embraces and supports our returning Veterans and their families. Together, we aspire to inspire other communities to stand alongside and make a difference.
