PT 101 is designed to build a strong foundation for well-being and success. The program meets Veterans/Service Members and their families where they are and is flexible enough to be incorporated into busy lifestyles. The 90-day online training program helps prepare for the physical and mental demands of everyday stressors with a program customized to individual needs.
How does this program work? With a focus on movement and no specialized equipment required, we guide you through a functional, varied, evidence-based physical training program. Our goal-based program is customized to prepare you both physically and mentally to achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to improve balance, improve basic strength or compete in athletic competitions, this program can help.
Together we will monitor key health and wellbeing indicators while tracking progress towards individual goals. We work together in a Peer Support/Coaching relationship to review progress, uncover health and wellbeing trends, reduce risk, and enable the best outcomes. We work with you to establish goals, and from there, we customize training programs that push you to perform at your absolute best. Our well-qualified wellness team designed and monitored our program to ensure the best programming that eliminates overtraining and stress-related injuries.
When do I need to be available to participate? Clear Path’s use of mobile application VOLT means that Veterans/SMs are connected and can access information from anywhere, enabling remote fitness coaching capabilities. Our staff creates customized programming that meets individual needs. VOLT provides a platform that makes it easy and safe to follow a customized program. We combine this with personal check-ins for accountability. This can meet the scheduling demands of any client.
I am not ready to commit to a 90-day program; what other opportunities are there for me to participate in? Warrior Reset is an important added aspect of our program. Reset activities are intended to provide all Veterans and their families opportunities to participate in activities in a group setting that build resilience. Activities include yoga, tai chi, reiki/polarity, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more. Monthly recreation activities provide unique opportunities for Veterans and their families to explore new experiences that support mental health and well-being, whether connecting through nature-based programs or competing in team physical activities.
