Mental Health First Aid: Adult Focused

We are Excited to be able to provide 2 opportunities for Veterans, Family Members, and the Community to participate in a very important training event. Mental Health First Aid, presented by Anna Maria College is a skills-based training course that teaches participants to identify, understand and respond to mental health challenges. Much like CPR training, participants will receive certification in MHFA.
Training is free and participants will receive a MHFA certification*.

*MHFA is a nationally recognized training program from the National Council on Mental Wellbeing.
